How it Works
With the Encurate Content Management System, it's easy to create your own mobile app.
Create Content
The first step in building your mobile app is to create the content. Design the tours your visitor will choose from. Gather the media for your app-audio, video, images, and text-so everything is ready to easily upload into the content management system.
Upload Media
Set the style including font, color, background images, and your museum’s logo. Upload your map and make it interactive: simply outline the shape of a gallery to make it ‘tap-able’. Create points of interest throughout your museum and add them to tours with a drag-and-drop.
Test Beacons
While you create content, Encurate will pre-populate your beacons’ information and ship them to you. Once they arrive, place them near the points of interest. Using a test mode of your new app, you can adjust the beacons’ ranges.
Publish
With the click of a button, send your app to Encurate to publish in the app store. Visitors can download your museum’s app to their own device prior to their visit or when they get there.
